Panax notoginseng extract is an extract of Panax notoginseng, and its main active component is ginsenoside. Panax Notoginseng extract has the effect of dispersing stasis, reducing swelling and relieving pain, and can be used for hemoptysis, hematemesis, epistaxis, hematochezia, dissolving leakage, traumatic hemorrhage, chest and abdomen tingling pain, fall and flapping injury, etc.
The preparation methods of Panax Notoginseng extract include coarse crushing of stem, reflux extraction with ethanol heating, filtration, concentration, column chromatography to obtain total saponins. Another preparation method is to extract by ethanol or water, remove impurities, and then through column chromatography separation technology, the saponins in Notoginseng are purified respectively, to get their crude extracts.
